Things you must know up front.
- All prices are per-event, not per-hour. We do our best to answer your problem in the first call, but there are situations where this is not possible. Our pricing structure is designed that our support personnel are motivated to help answer your questions promptly.
- Our technical support staff have direct access to the IPAD-OS development team. This provides the fastest and most authoritative answers to even the most difficult technical problems and quicker solutions for you.
- Pay-per-call support does not require you to purchase an upgrade to the latest version of the IPAD-OS before receiving technical support, but our technical support staff may suggest solutions which use features only available in the latest version of the software.
- If you are not using the latest version and are having a problem which can only be fixed by upgrading, all support charges still apply.
Emergency after hours and weekend telephone support may also be available with a two (2) hour call-back window which includes a $50 additional fee per event. This extra surcharge allows us to provide you with the most knowledgeable and experienced support staff when you need help most.
